Prohibited Uses Do not use SHM Leads for: fraud; phishing; malware; hacking; harassment; threats; illegal activities; identity theft; unauthorized access; spam where prohibited by law; abuse of third- party platforms; circumvention of technical restrictions; unauthorized scraping of protected

systems; attempts to compromise SHM Leads infrastructure; or collection/targeting of sensitive personal data through prohibited means.

Customers are responsible for complying with applicable marketing, privacy, anti-spam, consumer-protection, and data-protection requirements in their own use of delivered data.

Enforcement SHM Leads may investigate violations, restrict accounts, suspend accounts, terminate accounts, remove access, preserve relevant security records, and take appropriate legal action where necessary.
