These Terms govern use of the SHM Leads website, customer accounts, SaaS platform, lead-generation services, data- research services, subscriptions, dashboards, CSV files, and related services. By accessing the website, creating an account, purchasing a subscription, submitting a request, or using our services, the user agrees to these Terms.<\/p>\n
2. Acceptance of Terms Users must read and accept these Terms before using paid services. Acceptance is confirmed via the checkbox shown at registration (“I agree to the SHM Leads Terms & Conditions and acknowledge the Privacy Policy”), which is never pre-selected. The acceptance timestamp and account are recorded.<\/p>\n
3. Eligibility Users must be at least 18 years old unless applicable law provides otherwise. Users must provide accurate account information.<\/p>\n
4. Services<\/p>\n
SHM Leads provides B2B lead generation, B2C audience research, data research, sales intelligence, business information, professional contact information, email information where available, phone information where available, company information, industry targeting, geographic targeting, CSV lead delivery, lead request management, a customer dashboard, and data processing services. Service availability may vary according to source, geography, industry, technical limitations, and applicable law.<\/p>\n
5. Lead Requests Customers can submit requests through the Customer Dashboard, which may contain: B2B\/B2C selection, audience, keywords, detailed requirements, industry, sub-industry, sources, country, state\/province\/region, city, ZIP\/postal code, quantity, required fields, and additional requirements. Customers are responsible for ensuring their intended use is lawful.<\/p>\n
6. Data Sources SHM Leads may use search engines, websites, business directories, professional platforms, publicly accessible business information, APIs, licensed data providers, third-party services, and other lawful research methods. SHM Leads does not automatically scrape every platform; source selection represents the customer’s requested preferences and does not guarantee availability of data from every source.<\/p>\n
7. Customer Responsibilities Customers must provide accurate information, use services lawfully, protect account credentials, follow applicable marketing and privacy laws, not misuse delivered information, and not attempt unauthorized access.<\/p>\n
8. Prohibited Activities Fraud, illegal activities, unauthorized account access, hacking, malware, platform abuse, security bypasses, harassment, abuse, data misuse, attempts to access another customer’s files, attempts to manipulate subscriptions or usage, and activities violating applicable laws are all prohibited.<\/p>\n
9. Accounts Customers are responsible for account security. Real WordPress authentication is used throughout.<\/p>\n
10. Subscriptions Subscriptions may be monthly or annual. The plan selected determines applicable features and usage allowance.<\/p>\n
11. Payments Payments are processed by our third-party payment provider, Paddle. SHM Leads does not store complete payment-card information on its own servers.<\/p>\n
12. Cancellation Customers may cancel recurring subscriptions. Cancellation normally prevents future renewal while allowing access through the current paid period, subject to the applicable subscription terms.<\/p>\n
13. Refunds See our separate Refund & Cancellation Policy.<\/p>\n
14. CSV Delivery Completed requests follow: Customer \u2192 Manager \u2192 Scraper \u2192 CSV Upload \u2192 Manager Review \u2192 Approval \u2192 Customer Download. Only manager-approved files are made available to customers.<\/p>\n
15. Intellectual Property SHM Leads branding, website software, content, design, graphics, text, and other proprietary materials are protected.<\/p>\n

17. Third-Party Services Third-party providers may be used for payment processing, hosting, email, APIs, data services, analytics, and infrastructure.<\/p>\n
18. Disclaimer Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee sales, revenue, conversion rates, response rates, or ROI.<\/p>\n
19. Limitation of Liability Liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.<\/p>\n

23. Changes SHM Leads may update services and policies. Material policy changes are published with an updated effective date.<\/p>\n
